These muffins have become a go-to for me. They are SO good, and they work well as a base to make any gluten free, all natural muffins you like! I usually go for the pumpkin apple variation, but you can throw in whatever you want! Try chocolate chips, pumpkin puree, walnuts, peanut butter, zucchini, carrots, blueberries, spinach, or craisins!
