    Quick, Easy, & Healthy Chili

    When there's little time and you're wanting something hearty, chili's a great way to go! This meal only takes about 30 minutes to make. The biggest challenge is chopping the veggies. No biggie! (Serves 6-8) Here's the ingredients: 1 tbs olive oil 1 small onion, chopped 1 pound of jalepeno chicken sausage (or a flavor variation of your choice, grass fed ground beef works great as well) 4-5 tbs of taco seasoning (or one store bought packet... I got an organic one) 1 can of pint
