Easiest Paleo Cookies

Want a quick, easy, HEALTHY cookie? I've got your covered.

Ingredients: 2 Bananas

2 cups of unsweetened shredded coconut shreds 1 tsp of Vanilla 1/4 tsp of sea salt 1/2 tsp of cinnamon or pumpkin spice 1/4 cup of walnuts (or pecans)

2 scoops of collagen protein (optional) Instructions: Set oven to 350F Blend all ingredients in food processor (should feel like a dough consistency) Roll into 1in balls and then flatten with fork Bake for 17-20min or until tips are brown The base of these is the banana and coconut. You can alter them to be chocolate chip, apple, or whatever other flavor you’d prefer. ENJOY!!
