The truth of your VALUE AND WORTH

I don’t know about you, but I have - many times - found myself face to face with what feels like the end of my rope, my limit, where I couldn’t possibly do any better.

It’s at that place, if I allow it, that I also come face to face with my fear of not being enough.

A fear that I’m not actually capable of what is before me.

I feel scared.

Defeated.

Sad.

And in some ways, upset with myself for not even being able to imagine that possibility.

Have you ever felt this way with your health?

You want to be able to be consistent with your healthy habits, but you see what’s before you - exercise, meal prep, dietary changes, schedule changes, effort to figure out what to do and how… and you just feel overwhelmed and defeated.

You think, “What’s the point? I’ll probably mess it up anyways."

But THEN.

BUT THEN, friends.

Just this weekend, when I was feeling this with regard to my calling and vision to serve women in creating sustainable healthy lifestyles, I heard God say, “Don’t you dare let your fear and doubt prevent you from BEING who I’ve called you to be."

It brought me to tears.

Sometimes it’s hard to believe big dreams are possible or that by pursuing more, we aren’t asking for too much.

It’s scary to try something new.

To put yourself out there.

To declare new goals.

At the same time, I don’t want to get to the end of my life and realize that I played it safe and missed out on all that God had for me and the lives I COULD touch.

This is one of the BIG reasons why I’m so passionate about helping women to create sustainable healthy lifestyles - it removes a barrier to living a long and healthy life - doing what they’re called to do!!!

I believe every one of you have an amazing calling and purpose.

I HATE seeing people hindered by lifestyle induced diseases, and despite how scary it can be to try and serve at a greater capacity, to a larger community… I’m going to be faithful to what God’s laid on my heart.

With that said, I hope you start this week with the truth of your VALUE AND WORTH in Jesus.

Choose those healthy habits based on who you ARE in Him.
