The Best Paleo Burger

This is DEFINITELY a staple in Ryan and I's regular meals. It's tough to find a better burger than this at a restaurant. Sometimes we make home made sweet potato fries or grill up some zucchini and bell peppers as well. There's a lot of freedom to experiment with added vegetables!

Ingredients:

  • Grass fed ground beef (1lb serves 2-3)

  • Organic tomato, sliced

  • Red onion, sliced

  • Antibiotic/hormone free bacon

  • Romaine lettuce

  • Avocado

  • Non GMO steak seasoning (1tbs per lb of beef)

  • Veggies (asparagus or broccoli)

Instructions

  • Make your own patties with the steak seasoning, fresh garlic, and/or finely chopped onion

  • While the burgers are cooking, cook the bacon and the veggies (steam in a pan). Slice the tomato and red onion.

  • Assemble the burger with the lettuce as the wrap/base and serve with a side of veggies!
