This is DEFINITELY a staple in Ryan and I's regular meals. It's tough to find a better burger than this at a restaurant. Sometimes we make home made sweet potato fries or grill up some zucchini and bell peppers as well. There's a lot of freedom to experiment with added vegetables!
Ingredients:
Grass fed ground beef (1lb serves 2-3)
Organic tomato, sliced
Red onion, sliced
Antibiotic/hormone free bacon
Romaine lettuce
Avocado
Non GMO steak seasoning (1tbs per lb of beef)
Veggies (asparagus or broccoli)
Instructions
Make your own patties with the steak seasoning, fresh garlic, and/or finely chopped onion
While the burgers are cooking, cook the bacon and the veggies (steam in a pan). Slice the tomato and red onion.
Assemble the burger with the lettuce as the wrap/base and serve with a side of veggies!
