It’s amazing what simple, consistent habits can do for our health!
God has made our bodies perfectly, and when we treat them well, they are quite forgiving.
Drinking water is one of the most underrated health habits out there.
It is so simple and SO powerful in supporting our bodies. When we aren’t hydrated, we are crippling the different systems of our body from functioning as they should.
Be sure to drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water each day.
Movement of all kind makes such a big difference in our health. Whether it’s walking, lifting weights, dancing, or chasing your kids - it adds up!
And it’s important that we move throughout the day, not just at a designated time.
Sedentary living has become a major contributor to disease.
Lastly, even if you don’t know what to eat or how much, you can always fall back on eating WHOLE, unprocessed foods.
These are foods that are single ingredients - broccoli, avocado, beef, for example, if you want to eat like Rhys.
The combination of these 3 habits over time WILL make a big difference in your overall health and vitality!
