I give you... Coconut Almond Energy Balls! These are the perfect “I want something sweet, but sweets aren’t in alignment with my goals” solution! No added sugar, lots of healthy fats, and collagen protein! These are Paleo and Whole30! Here’s what’s in them: 2 cups of pecans 1 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes 1/2 cup of almond butter 5 dates Sprinkle of sea salt 1 tbs of chia seeds 1/4 cup of coconut oil 2 scoops of Primal Kitchen collagen protein All you gotta do to make them is: Throw all of the ingredients in a food processor until they can be rolled into balls without falling apart. Once all the dough is rolled, put them in the fridge for 30min. Take them out and ENJOY!!
