Egg Roll in a Bowl

This is one of my most favorite recipes! It is super easy, affordable, and it is PACKED with veggies, protein, and healthy fats. ๐Ÿ™Œ



Ingredients: ๐Ÿ’š1.5 lbs of grass fed ground beef ๐Ÿ’š1/2 green cabbage chopped into slaw ๐Ÿ’šOne bag of organic broccoli slaw ๐Ÿ’š8oz package of sliced white mushrooms ๐Ÿ’š1/2 red onion, diced ๐Ÿ’š2 in of ginger root, grated ๐Ÿ’š1/3 cup of chicken broth ๐Ÿ’š1/4 cup of garlic flavored coconut aminos ๐Ÿ’š1 tbs of sesame seed oil ๐Ÿ’š2 tbs of rice vinegar ๐Ÿ’špinch of sea salt ๐Ÿ’špinch of white pepper ๐Ÿ’š1 tbs of grass fed butter ๐Ÿ’š1 bunch of green onions, chopped ๐Ÿ’š1 avocado ๐Ÿ’š1/4 cup of garlic flavored avocado oil mayo from @primalkitchenfoods ๐Ÿ’š2 tsp of non-gmo sriracha sauce . Instructions: ๐Ÿ™ŒIn one pan, get the beef cooking on medium low ๐Ÿ™ŒSlice the onion & cabbage if going havenโ€™t already. Cook the onion and cabbage until almost soft in a large pot with the grass fed butter. ๐Ÿ™ŒAdd in the broccoli slaw & mushrooms. ๐Ÿ™ŒAdd the ginger, sesame seed oil, rice vinegar, chicken broth, coconut aminos, and the salt & pepper. ๐Ÿ™ŒMix the Mayo with the sriracha. ๐Ÿ™ŒServe with the green onions, spicy mayo, & avocado as the toppings. ๐Ÿ™ŒEnjoy!!
