Egg Roll in a Bowl
This is one of my most favorite recipes! It is super easy, affordable, and it is PACKED with veggies, protein, and healthy fats. 🙌
Ingredients: 💚1.5 lbs of grass fed ground beef 💚1/2 green cabbage chopped into slaw 💚One bag of organic broccoli slaw 💚8oz package of sliced white mushrooms 💚1/2 red onion, diced 💚2 in of ginger root, grated 💚1/3 cup of chicken broth 💚1/4 cup of garlic flavored coconut aminos 💚1 tbs of sesame seed oil 💚2 tbs of rice vinegar 💚pinch of sea salt 💚pinch of white pepper 💚1 tbs of grass fed butter 💚1 bunch of green onions, chopped 💚1 avocado 💚1/4 cup of garlic flavored avocado oil mayo from @primalkitchenfoods 💚2 tsp of non-gmo sriracha sauce . Instructions: 🙌In one pan, get the beef cooking on medium low 🙌Slice the onion & cabbage if going haven’t already. Cook the onion and cabbage until almost soft in a large pot with the grass fed butter. 🙌Add in the broccoli slaw & mushrooms. 🙌Add the ginger, sesame seed oil, rice vinegar, chicken broth, coconut aminos, and the salt & pepper. 🙌Mix the Mayo with the sriracha. 🙌Serve with the green onions, spicy mayo, & avocado as the toppings. 🙌Enjoy!!
