Healthy Mind & Soul Quarantine Checklist


Well, we got one week of shelter/lock down/quarantine (whatever you want to call it) in the books!


I am not sure how long this will go on, but what I do know, is that these daily actions keep me feeling grounded and focused on what’s true, life giving, and hopeful.


Truth be told, I’ve been spending wayy too much time on my phone.


I’m keeping this list, along with my daily intentions (health habits & biz actions), on hand to review prior to going down the social media rabbit hole.


I try to stop and look at my lists and realize, “Oh! I could be reading right now.” Or “Oo! I haven’t checked in on [friend name] in a bit.” Or “Now would be a good time to go for a walk.”


However last week went, you get to evaluate it, decide if it’s how you want this week to go, and make adjustments.


It’s all about perspective and the commitment to learn, grow, and adapt.
