Exercise is NOT about punishing yourself for what you ate.
It doesn’t have to be lifting crazy heavy weights (though I personally love that).
It doesn’t have to be endless cardio.
It doesn’t have to mean you’re body has to be in tons of pain in order for it to be effective.
Exercise is the opportunity to move in a way that promotes health in all areas of your life.
It’s valuing yourself enough to make the time for it.
It’s stewarding your body to be & do all it’s made for!
It’s HAVING FUN!
