YOU ARE WORTHY OF LOVE, HOPE, & HEALTH!!

The fact that you have not created a healthy lifestyle YET does not mean that you are anything other than a valuable & cherished human being.

Do no let the LIES that you are some how defective, inadequate, or invaluable keep you from pursuing the vitality you long to have.

It is ABSOLUTELY possible to change the course of your health.

It doesn’t matter how long you’ve tried to lose weight or lost it and gained it back. It doesn’t matter how many times you’ve tried to eat better and exercise more often. it doesn’t matter what you’ve been labeled as or what has been said or assumed about your future.

THERE IS ALWAYS HOPE.

We pray to God for these BIG things in our world, and yet, we struggle to believe that He can show up in all grace and gentleness to support us in our journey of health.

He is the great HEALER. Sometimes what needs healing is not just a physical ailment, but our perspective of whether or not we can BE a person of health.

Let Him show you what’s possible in partnership with His grace & love. Let HIM show you HOW INCREDIBLE you are and how absolutely precious you are to Him.

I hear a lot that my health coaching approach is so unique because I integrate God and His grace.

The truth is, I haven’t come up with anything revolutionary.

When I look at the life of Jesus and the amount of time He spent healing PHYSICAL bodies, it just makes sense.

For most of us, though, it doesn’t start out that way. It takes time and practice to see God’s role in our health as more than the One we pray to when it isn’t going well.

It takes time to consciously invite Him into our daily choices and the heart behind our previous approaches to health.

That’s why I coach clients to take it one step at a time and to continuously take hold of grace throughout the process.

My encouragement today?

Ask yourself, “What would it look like to OWN my worth and partner with the One who made my body in my daily health journey?"
